A Pop Up Tent Makes A Versatile Marketing Tool For Trade Show Displays
Many companies participate in trade shows for the interested audiences that flock to them. If you are looking to remodel your home, for example, you know that you will see a wealth of new ideas and products by visiting a home and garden show. But because there are so many companies vying for the audience’s attention, you have to do everything in your power to make your company stand out from the rest.
A pop up tent or canopy tent in your company colors and with your company logo emblazoned everywhere will not only help attract the attention of potential customers, it will help them to remember your company name, easily return to your booth if they wish to at a later time, plus the canopy tent or pop up tent allows you the room you need to conduct business. You can select from a wide variety of colors, including distinctive bright neons, for use in the walls and ceiling of your trade show pop up tent. If chosen wisely, the color of your tent alone could be unique enough that it is easy to spot in a venue full of tents, a distinct advantage to your company visibility at a trade show.
You can optimize the pop up tent even further by using your company logo or graphics to adorn the tent. Logo tents are a smart choice, because the average person needs to see or hear something at least six times before it is committed to memory, so the more often they see your logo on logo tents, the better for your company’s reach. Logo tents can be customized to your specific logo’s requirements in terms of color, size and shape. Graphic tents offer another effective way to get your message across to the public instantly.
This is especially important if you are attending a trade show outside of your company’s country of origin. Not everyone may speak your language, but everyone can understand a picture. If you sell sporting goods, for example, by placing pictures on graphic tents of the various items that you offer, or a picture of an athlete playing the sport for which you offer the equipment, people will know immediately what you can do for them. You can select a pop up tent or a canopy tent in several different sizes. It is a great idea to have a few different sizes of company tents available to your staff who will be working the trade shows, because some indoor venues have restrictions on tent size, so this way you will always be prepared with the appropriate pop up tent.

Steel Shelters
For any purpose where you might want to provide protection from the elements outside, there is a steel shelter available to suit your needs. A huge variety of different designs are offered by many comopanies in order to ensure that from small smoking shelters through to much larger permanent facilities that are designed to accommodate many people at the same time, the range of metal shelters that the company produces are capable of fulfilling whatever requirements you have.

The main advantage of choosing steel shelters for your needs is that they offer such a permanent solution. The use of high quality materials throughout the construction means that you get structures that are built to last. Able to withstand the worst possible weather conditions and to resist the long term effects of being exposed to the environment, steel is a reliable and hardwearing material that is offers a combination of structural strength and resilience to damage, and this makes it ideal for outdoor construction work.
From bus stop shelters through to ticket booths and security shelters, the sheer range of steel shelters and metal shelters available is intended to make furnishing your business as easy as possible. You can select the exact kind of equipment that you need in order to provide the best quality of protection wherever it is needed, and give staff or customers the comfort that they need when the weather is poor.
Thanks to the use of modular building techniques in the construction of these steel shelters, all of the components are produced and finished at the factory, and then delivered to the site ready to be fixed into place so that they can be used immediately.
A huge range of different options are available from most companies, so you can specify the exact dimensions of the shelter, as well as to define the color and final look of the unit in order to ensure that it fits in exactly with the design and theme of any other corporate identity that you have. The use of either a powder finish or painted surface gives additional protection to the steel in the shelter to ensure that it can withstand the worst that the weather can throw at it, and remain looking good for as long as possible.
No matter what kind of steel shelter you need, or the purpose that it is required for, you will find that the range of products available will allow you to get exactly what you are looking for at a price that will suit your budget, without meaning that you need to compromise on the quality of the product.

What do you notice/do/like at a trade show booth?
I’m in a few trade shows coming up within the next couple months, representing my home business with skincare and nutrition products.
I’m wondering- what would you think is the most effective way to do this? Should I have lots and lots of products at the booth, or keep it simple? Has anyone done this before, and if so, what was successful for you?
Today’s Trade Show Minute – Episode #5 – “Don’t Enable The Bag People”
www.TodaysTradeShowMinute.com Which came first, the trade show or the tchotchke? SWAG (Stuff We All Get), also spelled Schwag, seems to be an essential part of most trade show exhibitors arsenal. Trade show presenters have been enabling the attendees in this area for as long as I can remember. Many booth staff training programs address this by discouraging promotional items entirely. I think premiums are great! I just dont think trade show attendees should help themselves.

Size Is essential! – The GIANT Banner display Revolution
If you are accustomed with trade shows and the kit required to put on an impressive show, you will have no doubt come across the main product of any of these displays – the humble banner stand. The usual size for these stands is approximately 80cm wide by 2 metres tall, which provides more than enough visual area to get your idea across to prospective customers. There is a drawback however; everyone else has a similar stand. In small to medium exhibitions these banner stands are ubiquitous, but with good reason. They provide a balance between budget and transportation, the last point being the main factor in their favour. However, if you allow yourself to think differently, your stand could outperform your competition with only a little more spending.
As referenced previously, the average size of a banner display is 80 centimetres by 2 metres. This is the standard size but is not your only solution. dependent on your exhibition space you can maximise this size both horizontally and height wise to create some awe-inspiring displays.
If you are displaying in an exhibition hall with lots of of ceiling space, you may want to consider maximising the height of your banner display. Banner stands can be manufactured vertically up to 3m tall, enabling your banners to overshadow the basic 2 metre display height and increase visibility in a bustling exhibition environment. This is a real bonus when the basic cost to hire an exhibition space can be phenomenally expensive. What you will find is that the increased cost in buying a bigger banner display will more than pay for itself with increased interest in your display at your trade show.
An alternative to a very high display would be an extremely wide banner display. These can be manufactured in sizes that average 2m high by 1m, 1.2 metres, 1.5 metres and 2 metres wide. Any of these displays would maximise the impact of your display immensely, but if you really want to blow people away you may want to think about an even more dramatic solution.
At a height of 2.4 metres tall, the largest banner stands can be manufactured at widths of 2.4 metres and even 3.2m. If you consider the scale of this, the display area is bigger than an expensive 3×4 popup stand! These displays dwarf most other exhibits to the point where it is impossible not to pay attention to them. These banner stands are also more economical and simpler to set up than a similar sized pop up frame with fiddly graphic panels. Imagine a single printed graphic, 2.4 metres tall by 3.2 metres wide that simply recoils back into its cassette when you are done for easy transportation home in a Transit van or similar vehicle.
With the recession not yet finished, businesses are still unwilling to put money into exhibitions and tend to try and limit their spending whichever way they can. This is often a false economy and could mean an trade show is a complete waste of money if no one takes any notice of what is on offer, no matter how fantastic the products or services may be. With a little extra cash, your exhibition display can move beyond the realms of average and become phenomenal.
